Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process the return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@elospine.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return address and any necessary shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
