Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process the return.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@elospine.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return address and any necessary shipping label (if applicable).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
